Spring Break 2012!

We went to Oregon for spring break this year.  The Beans and Jennifer were able to join us in Springfield for part of our trip.  It was so much fun to see everyone and spend time together!  We went without Tessa, though, because she was having "the time of her life" on a school trip to Washington D.C. and New York City.  (And that's a story for another post!)

We stopped in Bend on our way to Springfield and hiked up Pilot Butte.  We'd driven by the Butte many times before, but had never stopped and explored.  It turned out to be a great diversion.

The hike was a great way to take a break from driving!

We visited a natural science museum in Eugene on the University of Oregon campus.

The next stop was Autzen Stadium--football stadium for the Oregon ducks.  Dallin is one of their biggest fans.  :)

Seth, Dallin and Keaton--getting ready to do their famous "chest bump."  They were so good, I could never get an actual picture of when they jumped up and hit their chests together.  Darn!

Dallin, Seth, and Keaton loved frog hunting when we were at Grandma and Grandpa's.  They ended up with a bucket of half a dozen frogs.

Grandma Kohler planned an early birthday party for Aubrey while we were there--complete with a beautiful cake.
