This year we did our annual Christmas tree cutting expedition the day after Thanksgiving in Garden Valley. While it was closer to home than some of our other tree hunting spots, we had a hard time finding a tree that we liked and did a lot of scrambling up and down the hillside. It turned out to be kind of a Charlie Brown Christmas tree, although taller than the Charlie Brown variety, but we liked it anyway.
When it was time to decorate the tree, Seth got excited about the tree skirt. He demonstrates that yes, it really can be used for a tree or a person. ;)
(We brought our camera on the trip but forgot to bring the battery, so we ended up taking pictures with Jeff's cell phone and the quality is not the best.)
